Demon. Damaris, reduced to whispers and shadows after fleeing the demon realm. He needs to regain his magic, and the easiest way to do that is to steal energy from humans. 

Everyone talks about humans being corrupted by demons, but if this is corruption then Archie will gladly forfeit his soul.

Book 2: Prince of Hollow Desires (Coming Spring 2026)

Disgraced Duke. Eric becomes Duke after his father is executed for treason. His family assets have been seized and his friends are avoiding being associated with him. All of them except his childhood friend, Ix.

Half-demon Prince. Ixthan, one of two half-demons in the land. The humans fear him and the demons deride him. Things go badly wrong when he tries to cross into the demon realm, and Eric is the only one who will take care of him. But is Eric only there because Ix is giving him a place to stay?
